Mr. James Owuor is in charge of the Council’s Supply Chain Management. Mr. Owuor worked with Ministry of Livestock Development in administration, personnel, accounts and procurement departments; before joining PATTEC and then KENTTEC. Mr. Owuor holds an advanced certificate in supplies management and a Diploma in Purchasing and Supplies Management.
