Prior to this he was the Deputy CEO and Monitoring and Evaluation Officer of the Council. He has over 25 years’ experience in the Livestock Sector both at field implementation, planning and policy levels. Dr. Onyango holds a PhD and a Masters’ Degree in Agricultural Economics. He has gone through a number of senior management and strategic leadership courses among others.
