Mr. Evans Makokha-He represents the Director of Livestock Production on the KENTTEC Board. He is a Deputy Director of Livestock production (DDLP) in charge of Non-ruminants in the Directorate of Livestock Production and also a desk officer for EAC affairs.

He holds a Masters Degree in Animal Science from Wageningen university The Netherlands and Bachelor of Science in Animal Production from Egerton University. He has a wide experience in management and coordination of livestock development programs. He worked in Transmara, Ijara Wajir south and Mandera East sub counties before coming to the headquarter. He is a member of the Animal Production Society of Kenya (APSK).
