Dr. Seth O. Onyango-The Chief Executive Officer. Prior to this he was the Deputy CEO and Monitoring and Evaluation Officer of the Council. He has 27years experience in the Livestock Sector both at field implementation, planning and policy levels. Dr. Onyango holds a PhD and a Masters’ Degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Nairobi and Egerton University respectively. He has gone through a number of senior management and strategic leadership courses among others.
