It has been a week of exhibitions by different stakeholders at Kibabii University grounds in readiness for Madaraka Day Celebrations to take place in Bungoma County to mark Kenya@61. The theme of the four-day event was “Agriculture for food security”. The
CS for Agriculture and Livestock Development Hon. Franklin Mithika Linturi, was the Chief Guest during the last day of the event where he visited KENTTEC booth accompanied by the PS SDLD Hon. Jonathan Mueke.

The KENTTEC Board Chairman Dr. Geoffrey Muttai accompanied by Director Evans Makokha welcomed the guests to kenttec exhibitions. During the week, the KENTTEC team show-cased the role of KENTTEC in the control and eradication of Tsetse and Trypanosomiasis contributing to the Bottom-up Economic Transformation Agenda (BETA). The management team was led by the CEO Dr. Seth Onyango.
